Purple’s cloud software has been installed over each site’s existing WiFi infrastructure providing Altitude with the ability to create an end-to-end personalized experience and deliver efficient communication with customers. Purple announced today that they have entered into a strategic partnership with Altitude Trampoline Park, a world-premier trampoline facility, with the aim of increasing the collection of CRM records, gathering venue-level feedback, and increasing spend at concessions.Īltitude has chosen to implement Purple’s Guest WiFi solution across their corporate locations in the United States and since the launch, additional franchise locations have followed with each park containing more than 30,000 square feet of indoor space.
